Check-In Information
All delegates must complete a Registration check-in. During Registration Check-In you will receive:
- WIPCE 2017 badge for admittance
- Conference program
- Swag bag
- If you are a presenter, you will hand in your PDF presentation on a labelled USB
Please see below for dates, time, and location of Registration Check-In. Please note, this is not when the hotels require you to check-in. Below is for checking-in to the WIPCE 2017 conference only. Hotel Check-in is 3:00pm.

Payment Information
Payment must be confirmed before entrance into the conference. If we do not have confirmation that you have paid in our system you will not be admitted into the conference.
The deadline to receive a cheque in the mail is June 23, 2017. Otherwise, we will not be able to process cheques in time before the conference & you will not be admitted.
Options to pay the registration fee:
- Pay online with Visa or Master Card
- You can send via bank / wire transfer; you must notify us of the amount paid, account name that the payment is coming from, and the registration it belongs to.
- Pay on the day you check-in. This option is not recommended because we will be checking in approximately 3000 delegates so avoid the lines and pay online!
You can pay during Registration Check-In by:
- Money order
- Certified cheque
- Credit card: Visa or Master Card only
- Debit
- NO cash payments will be accepted
- NO personal cheques will be accepted
