Brantford Campus
Conveniently located and just minutes from Highway 403, the campus is easily reachable via major routes and offers ample, free onsite parking, making attendance simple for guests and organizers alike.
Gymnasium
Our large gymnasium is equipped for basketball, volleyball, and badminton (regulation-sized courts). Want to play something else? Bring your own nets for soccer, pickleball, and more. The space includes bleacher seating for up to 400 guests, a scoreboard, and access to changerooms. A retractable divider screen allows for full or half-gym rentals, perfect for events of all sizes.
Event Lounge
With over 3,000 square feet of flexible space, our Event Lounge is perfect for in-person meetings, presentations, fundraisers, and social events. It includes access to a spacious serving/bartending area and has an adjoining kitchen space for catered events. Overlooking the gym, the lounge offers added versatility when both spaces are booked together, creating even more opportunities for dynamic, multi-space events.
Classrooms Lecture halls
From small meetings to large seminars, we offer a variety of classroom and lecture hall spaces for groups of 1 to 100. Whether you're planning a training session, workshop, or conference, we have a space that fits your needs.
Six Nations Campus
Located in the heart of Six Nations of the Grand River, just south of Brantford, Ontario, this campus offers a peaceful, natural setting close to community amenities. It's an ideal location for events, conferences, and gatherings.
Grand River Room
This spacious, welcoming multi-purpose hall is ideal for meetings, conferences, and community events hosted by organizations. The open layout can be customized with round tables and chairs to suit your event’s needs, comfortably accommodating up to 160 guests in banquet-style seating.
The venue features a stage area equipped with two projection screens and a podium, perfect for presentations, speeches, or performances. An adjoining kitchenette is available for light food preparation and refrigeration, offering added convenience for catered events.
Warm wood accents, abundant natural light, and thoughtful amenities make this hall a versatile and inviting space for a wide range of occasions.
Classrooms
The campus offers a variety of classrooms and meeting areas with capacities of up to 24 people. Adjoining rooms are an option, making them suitable for larger group gatherings. All spaces include flexible seating arrangements to meet your event’s specific needs.
Rental Requirements
To book at either campus, the following are required:
1. A signed rental agreement
2. Proof of comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum of $5 million coverage
