This discussion will be Six Nations Polytechnic’s first ever event to be held entirely in the Mohawk language! Kehte Deer will moderate a panel of Mohawk language speakers discussing how language has impacted and shaped their relationship to and experiences with culture, land and art. This event is catered. This 3-day beginner’s workshop focuses on the basic skills and techniques in Raised Beadwork. Students will complete a women's raised beadwork yoke featuring a sunflower design. REGISTRATION FOR THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL.
