COOKING FUNDAMENTALS WITH INTRO TO INDIGENOUS FOODS

Program Intent

This 26-week program will be open to Indigenous and non-indigenous learners and has been designed to provide entry-level skills to enter the workforce. To ensure students are career-ready; a mix of theory and hands-on practical learning activities will be scheduled each week.
