Update April 14, 2022-Six Nations Polytechnic (SNP) continues COVID-19 protocols, plans for increased on-site learning for Fall 2022
Six Nations Polytechnic will extend current COVID-19 health measures through to at least May 1st, 2022. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and are keeping the health and safety of those on-site as a top priority.
As we look forward to Fall 2022, planning has begun for a safe return to onsite learning for SNP University programs running out of the Ohsweken campus. More information on this and other Fall 2022 plans will be announced soon.

Masks/face coverings
Required for indoor settings
SNP will continue to supply masks as needed for staff and students |
Entry screening
Required
Online screening should still be completed prior to coming on-site but SNP will no longer require confirmation that this has been completed |
Rapid testing
Required
Rapid tests will be supplied by SNP for those experiencing symptoms or those on approved exemptions. SNP will no longer require proof of a negative test for building entry |
Vaccination
Required
For staff, students, and visitors. Staff and students may access an exemption process |
Assemblies/events/meetings
Limited
Capacity limits of 50% are in place to a maximum of 50 indoors and 100 outdoors. Safety plans are required. Virtual continues to be recommended |
Field trips/work-related travel

By special consideration. Virtual meetings and in-school activities recommended |
Phys Ed/Gymnasium

Masks required while indoors, no restrictions on outdoor activities (capacity limits apply) |

COVID-19 response - SNP will continue to encourage staff and students to self-report any COVID-19 cases/isolation and report this in aggregate via our website - COVID-19 response will follow current provincial guidelines and screening protocols |
