Dates and Times
Please come on your specified date as outlined alphabetically by the last name:
June 19 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Agoston - Henderson-Ferguson
June 23 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Hill - Marcle
June 24 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Martin - Sandy
June 25 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Sedgwick - Willis
June 26 2:00 PM -6:00 PM for those who missed their assigned time
Only students will be provided building access in order to retrieve items from their lockers. If a parent must attend the building with the student or the student requires access to an item or space other than their locker, they are asked to contact the Principal at 226-493-1234 extension 8201. If you are unable to attend at the specified time or unable to attend at all, please contact the Principal to make alternative arrangements.
We ask that those who are able to, consider wearing a mask.
What Must We Do Before Going to the School?
Safety is our highest priority at this time. We will be following the most current public health guidelines and procedures.
You must not attend the SNP STEAM Academy building if you are experiencing:
- Fever
- New onset of cough
- Worsening chronic cough
- Shortness of breath
- Difficulty breathing
- Sore throat
- Difficulty swallowing
- Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell
- Chills
- Headaches
- Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches (myalgias)
- Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
- Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
- Runny nose or nasal congestion without other known cause
You must not attend the SNP STEAM Academy building if:
- You or someone you had has close physical contact with (living in the same home or being within 2 meters for over 15 minutes) has:
- Returned from travel outside of Canada in the last 14 days
- Tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
- A new cough, fever, or difficulty breathing
- You are sick or feel unwell
If any of the above applies to you, please DO NOT attend the building. Contact your principal to make alternative arrangements.
What Should I Bring With Me?
- Your Chromebook and charger, to be returned for the year
- Any textbooks, library books or materials borrowed
- Something to carry contents of your locker or other belongings
Locker Clean Out Steps
Please follow the steps below in order to ensure everyone’s safety and maintain physical distancing and a clean environment:
- A copy of these Steps will be available for pick up after you check-in.
- Please lineup outside the front entrance following the marked 2-meter (6ft) distancing at all times.
- You will have 10 minutes to retrieve your belongings
- Read the signage on the front door before entering.
- Sanitize hands upon entry to the school. The area for this will be set up inside the doors.
- Proceed to the Check-In Table. Staff are practicing physical distancing and will be a minimum of 2 meters (6 feet) from you at all times.
- Please place Chromebook, charger, and any materials being returned in the specified receptacles.
- Proceed to your locker and remove any personal belongings. There will be garbage cans in the hallway to dispose of garbage if needed.
- Do not socialize with others and remain a minimum of 2 meters or 6 feet from others while in school.
- Return to the front door, sanitize hands and leave the building.
- Please promptly leave school property to prevent gatherings.
- Note: Washrooms are available for emergency use only.
