OLG Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award
OHSWEKEN, January 25, 2023 – Six Nations Polytechnic (SNP) has been selected as one of the 3 finalists for a 2023 OLG Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award recognizes organizations that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to creating workplaces that are inclusive, respectful, and reflective of the community in which they exist.
Since 1993, we have welcomed and embraced all learners, teachers, staff, and partners to work and learn with us. In keeping with Hodinohso:ni culture, our wholistic programs and services are centered on the humanity of all and the diverse communities and backgrounds they come from. We acknowledge that every person has a unique gift, and we strive to help everyone be their best self. At SNP, we recognize diversity as a powerful educational tool that enriches the teaching and learning environment, but which also plays a key role in debunking cultural misconceptions and myths as understanding, awareness, and friendships grow.
