BRANTFORD, October 18, 2023 – Six Nations Polytechnic (SNP) and the Brantford Police Service (BPS) are pleased to announce an expanded collaboration. Brantford Police Service is welcome to utilize SNP’s Brantford campus facilities enabling BPS to acquire space to conduct officer training during the upcoming renovations at the Elgin Street police headquarters.
Six Nations Polytechnic and the Brantford Police Service have entered into a rental agreement for the use of classroom and training space at SNP’s Athletic Building. SNP’s faculty, learners and the broader community may notice an increase in officer presence during working and evening hours from Monday to Friday.
Six Nations Polytechnic is happy to support the BPS and continue to engage with the community to meet local needs. By welcoming the Brantford Police Service, SNP is embodying their commitment to being open for all learners.
The Brantford Police Service is appreciative of the ongoing relationship with Six Nations Polytechnic and look forward to further development of additional opportunities for community collaboration.
