Computers in Personal Support Worker

This course provides PSW students with both a basic conceptual background and practical experience related to information technology in their health care field. The theoretical areas include Internet, hardware and database management while the practical experiences will focus on Operating System basics, word processing, Internet, literature databases and real-world Health Care Information system.
