All rental agreements must be handed in 2 weeks prior to the rental date with the security deposit paid at that time in order to save the date of function/event. Payments in full MUST be received 1 week prior to rental date. Special consideration may be given only for bereavement rentals and Six Nations Council events.

  • All supplies required and equipment for the event, and not indicated below, are the responsibility of the renter.
  • Additional charges will be invoiced by SNP for any photocopying, paper, flipcharts, markers etc. supplied by SNP.

*For the Grand River Room these rates are for a 5 hour maximum, every hour after is an additional $100 per hour
*Please indicate # of people attending function and if we are setting up, indicate how you would like the room set up.
* Maximum capacity with tables/chairs – 200 people ** Maximum capacity with chairs only – 300 people
